Health Consulting Services

All consulting services provided by PORVA – Path of Resurgent Vitality & Autonomy / Against the Grain Health are educational in nature and are not medical care or medical advice.

Because time is reserved specifically for each client:

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has taken place.
• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Digital Products

Due to the instant nature of downloadable digital products (including health trackers, planners, templates, educational resources, and printable materials), all digital product sales are final.

Refunds are not issued once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed unless required by law.

Physical Merchandise

If you purchase printed merchandise or other physical products:• Damaged, defective, materially misprinted, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

• Normal wear, accidental damage, change of mind, or an incorrect size or product option selected by the customer are not considered defects.
